How to Register
Registration consists of three components. Please complete all steps before the deadline.
Complete the registration form to sign up for Math League. Make sure all information is accurate before submitting.
Both the student and parent must sign the signature form. Place the signed form in an envelope and turn it in to the Math League box in the CVMS front office as soon as possible, or before our first class.
A suggested donation of $50. You can donate
either by check or online.
By check: make it out to
CVMS PTSA with a note to Math League and your student's
full name. Include the check in the same envelope as your
signature form.
